Paddington Place welcomes responsible pet ownership. Residents wishing to keep a pet must obtain approval in accordance with the by-laws. Pet application forms and supporting information can be found here.

To register or update your contact number, please contact your Property Manager or Strata.
The lighting throughout the complex is inspected on a fortnightly basis to help ensure all common areas remain safe and well lit.
If you notice a light that is not functioning, please report it to your Strata Manager or Property Manager so that arrangements can be made for repair or replacement.
