
CCTV operates throughout common areas of the complex to assist with safety, security. and investigation of breaches of the bylaws.
Residents requiring CCTV footage should complete a CCTV Request Form. Requests will be assessed in accordance with the Security CCTV Policy.
Residents are encouraged to remove all valuables from their vehicles and ensure nothing is left on display. Visible items may attract opportunistic thieves and increase the risk of vehicle break-ins.
Bicycles should be stored in the bicycle shed located in the north-east corner of the complex.
Residents requiring access may contact Strata to obtain a key.
To help prevent theft, bicycles should be secured with a suitable D-lock at all times.
Residents are encouraged to fit a sturdy padlock to their letterbox to help prevent theft of mail and deliveries.
Padlocks should be robust and resistant to cutting where possible.
Lost or stolen remotes and access fobs should be reported to Strata or your Property Manager immediately.
Once notified, the device can be deactivated to prevent unauthorised access to the complex by non-residents and to help maintain the security of the property.
CCTV footage is only released to WA Police or other law enforcement agencies.
If footage is required for an investigation, the attending officer should contact Strata and provide a secure link for the footage to be uploaded.
