🚗 Visitor Parking

To ensure fair access to visitor parking for all residents and their guests, the following conditions apply.

• Visitor parking is for genuine visitors only. 
• Resident and owner vehicles may only use visitor parking with the prior approval of the Council of Owners. 

• Standard Booking: Up to 2 hours. 
• Half Day Booking: Up to 5 hours (Council approval required). 
• Full Day Booking: Up to 10 hours (Council approval required). 

You may nominate a preferred visitor parking bay; however, allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If your visitor no longer requires the bay, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so it can be made available to other residents.

To access the visitor parking key, please install the WeHere app before booking.

Once your booking has been approved, you will receive an email with a OTP code and instructions on how to access the visitor parking.

All bookings are subject to availability and approval in accordance with the Visitor Parking Policy.
